Mizon Returning Starfish Cream

Hi Guys:)…Happy Easter Everybody…I hope everyone have had a nice rest:)…I know I definitely needed some…so I went on a little trip to Italy and took my….

Must Have Travel (no travel-make me look alive in the morning) Product

Mizon Returning Starfish Cream-a unique cream containing 70% starfish extract…this is one of Mizon`s Best Sellers which has now been updated in 2014 and I am also loving this product along with many other beauty bloggers out there:)

This is a great all-in-one product and hands down my favorite Mizon product I have tried.

I can definitely say that this product has fantastic moisturizing properties and is great for normal to dry skin. My skin feels and looks dewy and moisturized and I love the fact that the moisture level is strong enough for this to be a one-step routine when traveling. It does give my skin great elasticity, good overnight wrinkles reduction function and basically returning it to a healthy and rested condition.

The texture of this cream is nothing like I have ever felt before! The moisturizer is the brightest white possible and looks shiny and watery, however it remains a semi-solid in the container, it wobbles like jelly when you shake it but retains it’s surface even after you have deepen your fingers into it and took them out.

The product melts immediately upon contact with the skin. It turns clear and becomes extremely watery and glides across the skin providing a cooling sensation. I would say that it has a thin, filmy texture where a little goes a long way. I find this product to be extremely moisturizing, enough so that I can apply this by itself after cleansing and my dry skin feels adequately hydrated and bouncy! That is the amazing, quality of this product making my skin comfortable in just one-step-making it my Must have when traveling.

This pic below is the original version of this cream.

Fantastic and unique ingredients with the only product on the market which has 70% starfish extract-a unique marine animal that can grow a limb back when it looses it through accident, plus your time-tested proven ingredients as listed below…all at around 17 USD from Ebay

This pic below is the new updated version which came out in 2014 and judging by the pictures I have found on the internet it has a somewhat runny texture…it is also more expensive then the original, the new price is 28 USD from Ebay or Gmarket….however because I totally love this cream I don’t mind paying 28 USD for it:)

  1. Can I just say what a comfort to find someone that really understands what they’re talking about on the net. You actually understand how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More and more people ought to read this and understand this side of your story. I was surprised you’re not more popular because you certainly have the gift.

    1. Dear Joshua…thank you very much for your kind words and your support…best regards…Lily

    Hi Lily,

Just curious if you have you tried Mizon’s Returning Starfish Eye cream. It’s supposed to have adenosine and arbutin in it, but only has 60% of the starfish extract.

Also, would you recommend using the returning starfish cream as a regular eye cream? I managed to get a hold of a sample of it and it seems to be as firming as Scinic’s Aqua EX black jelly cream (which I totally love) in my opinion.

    1. Dear Jess, absolutely no need to buy an eye cream…as I have successfully used both original mizon starfish cream which as a similar texture to Scinic Aqua Ex black gel cream…and the new Mizon Gold Star Fish cream…can be used as great face and eye cream products….best regards…Lily
